I would like to know the best wedding date for February 2015.

My birthday is May 15 1981 and my fiancé is August 9 1970

Feb. 1, 13, 16, 18, 21, 26 and 28 are all good dates. However, Chinese people prefer to choose even-numbered days. So you may choose Feb.16, 18, 26 or 28 to be your wedding date.
