About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Help with RC695529596CN

My parcel was sent more than a month ago! I track it every day and there's nom any movement from 02 of October 2014! When will I get my parcel?

Usually, it takes around five to six weeks to get it. The last status of your parcel shown that it was still in Urumqi Interntional, China. You can wait another one week and then contact the seller to solve this problem if nothing happens.
