Hello can i get my tourist visa changed for a work one in China . They want to charge me 8000rmb is this right ?

If you want to change in person, it is almost impossible. If you try to do it through an agency, it may be possible. But for the fee, it is unclear, because different companies charge different. I heard a company charges around 1500 to 2000RMB per person, so personally speaking, 8000RMB is a little bit high.
