if i take lhasa train arr 08.00 21.11 zoning, can i make, by taxi, the 10.

Question

Hello, I am taking the train from Lasa on 21.11.14 to xening.  Then flying to Beijing.1. Can I make the 10.00 plane if i have escort take me by cab?   This will give me half a day extra in Beijing.   For safety I could buy two air tickets so that I am covered if I miss the 10.00.   Will I get my money back for the unused ticket2. How is the viewing weather then.   I am told it will be cloudy all the way is that true?Thank you in advance

1. I'm afraid time is too tight to catch the plane on 10:00, so you'd better change to a later one. If you get two tickets, you can get the some refund of the unused one. For the details, the policy varies from an airline to another.2. For Lasa weather, it will be almost sunny days, so you will have a good viewing sight.
