Is there a van we can rent from Ibis Hotel in Xiamen going to Jinjiang?

If there is, how much more or less is the price. There are 10 of us going.

Hey, as I know, the hotel doesn't provide such service (you can call them to confirm further).

You can contact these car rental companies, such as China Auto Rental, e Hi Car Service. They will provide you comfortable car rental service.
