Is it easy to use the busy carrying luggage?  Is it easy for senior citizens to use?Where is the most convenient place to buy Octopus pass for Elderly once we land at airport?

Yes, it is relatively easy to carry your luggage onto bus and there are lugagge racks on board. There won't be much trouble for the elderly to use. Don't worry!Upon getting to the airport, you can see a round table in the arrival hall after clearing the immigration. There you can buy an Octopus Card. Or you can get one at the Customer Service Center of Airport Express.
