What is the best way to Westlake Area, Hubin after 10.25pm from hangzhou airport?

I need to know the best transport to go there with kids along...TQ

You can take the airport shuttle bus Wulinmen Line to Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office, and then take a taxi to your destination.
