what time does the MTR operate from hong kong airport - destination to tseung kwan o station

I will travel on friday morning

Hi, the first train of Airport Express leaves the airport at 05:54. Hope it is early enough for you. Take that to HK station and then walk to Central station to take Island Line and get off at North Point. After that, transfer to Tseung Kwan O line to your destination directly.
