I'd like to go to Song Cheng City Hangzhou from huachen Int'l Hotel,

how long does it take and how much does it cost to that place by taxi.
is there any bicycle rent at West Lake Culture Square ?? how much is it ??

It is around 8.7mi between the two places and it takes around 20min by taxi. You need to pay CNY40 or around for the cab.

Yes, there is bike rental site near the West Lake Cultural Square. You can walk along North Zhongshan Road from the square onto Zhongbei Bridge. After crossing the bridge, you can easily find a bike rental site near North Huancheng Road.

For bike rental, you should get a IC card first. Then you can use the bike for free in the first hour. 1-2h, CNY1; 2-3h, CNY2; 3-4h, CNY3.
