Can a seller cancel the shipping, after he sent it?

Hey! I bought something on aliexpress 2 weeks ago. And its sent already to airmail by chinapost. The problem is that now my seller doesnt exist anymore on aliexpress and my question is, can my seller "stop" the shipping now anyway?

I am afraid that he can't because the parcel is already transferred on the way.
