There is no direct public transportation available, so transfer is required. You can take a bus at Zhouzhuang Bus Station to Suzhou first. Then at the dropping-off bus station, transfer to another bus directly to XT town. Actually, it is around 31mi between the two water towns, so you can also take a taxi or rent a car to arrive.
