Actually, the hotel has eight fine restaurants offering fine food. You can have a dinner in the hotel. If you wish to try in a resto outside the hotel, let me know which flavor you prefer.0

I would mainly go for western foods. if there aren't any I do like most seafood.1

Well, I happen to know a Rivervine Keung Seafood Restaurant, at no. 20-30 Tai Chung Kiu Road. You can easily walk there from your hotel. Hope you can have a good dinner there.2
