Hi, I want to know, if our worker who apply work permit for a project at China for 12 months duration, can they return to Malaysia, if they permit in Malaysia going to expiry? How many time they can entry to China if apply the work permit in China?

Personally speaking, you may mean applying for a work permit to work in China? Usually, after your workers get their Work Z in China and then changed it into the local resident permit, they can return to Malaysia at any time they want. With a resident permit, your workers can enter and re-enter China at unlimited times. With a work permit, they still cannot work in China.
