About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I am Jordanian phD student in Keio Unv. Japan, how can I get a visa to Shanhai?

I am Jordanian phD student at Keio Unv. Japan, I hold ordinary Jordanian passport,
I want to attend 2 days joint educational seminar between Keio and Fudan universities,
Can I obtain the VOA, or should I apply in Tokyo?

The VOA is not possible, so you need to apply a single entry F type for the seminar in Shanghai through a local tour agency. The application should be done in Tokyo.
