cooked and package meat products

i want to bring some packaged cooked meat products for my son. i bought some packets at a local supermarkets. they are the type which are packaged in sealed aluminum foil (for easy heating in a microwave oven and the foil packaging in packed in a box. is it allowed to bring them into china?
