Hi,can anyone tell me what is the average temperature in taipei on 18 Nov to 25 Nov

bacause during that period me and my family will be on holidays there.thank you

The average temp would be around 68F, still warm enough. There will be cloudy and rainy days. Don't forget to prepare simple rainy gear!
