greetings, my DOB is 13th of june 1978, will my luck change?

I feel I had a terrible year behind me with regards of relations at work with colleagues and finding fortune in love. Financially speaking I'm doing so so. I do have a couple of very good friends that I consider to be lucky with to have them. Will anything change for me next year?
