First of all, I'd tell you that there is more than one industrial zone in Shaoxing, so you need to cofirm it further. Anyway, I can tell you the direction from Hai'an county to Shaoxing:take a bus or train from Hai'an to Nantong first. Then go to Nantong East Bus Station to take a direct bus to Shaoxing, for which two buses are scheduled at 08:00 and 14:50. Bus or train from Hai'an to Nantong takes around an hour and the duration to Shaoxing is around 4 hours.
