About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

I want ask if I need visa for stay 1 week in china or I can get it in visa on arrived

Im will going for holiday to china in December
I hold Indonesia passport

You need to apply for a single entry type in advance before reaching China. The VOA is not possible for you.
