About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I have one visa entry left on my passport. Can I apply for a new one to get two entry?

It may not be possible. If you apply a new one entry type, your current one with a single entry will be expired automatically., so you still keep a single entry one.
You can try to apply for a new double entry type.
