late arrival -22:30 hrs in shanghai pudong airport, possible to reach shuttle bus?

We are concerned if there will be any reasonable priced transportation for the city, in case we do not manage to reach the last shuttle bus at 23:00.

The airport shuttle buses will operate until around 11:00 pm except line 8 and Ring Line 1. If quickly, you can catch them. But if you didn't catch, there still exsits Night Line with the operating time from 11:00pm to 45 minutes after the last flight. This line will take you to the place that nearby the People's Square. Then it's convenient for you to take a taxi to your destination. Would you mind tell me where do you wanna go? So that I can tell you the detailed route.
