Late arrival -22:30 hrs in Shanghai Pudong Airport, possible to reach shuttle bus?

The airport shuttle buses will operate until around 11:00 pm except line 8 and Ring Line 1. If quickly, you can catch them.
But if you didn't catch, there still exsits Night Line with the operating time from 11:00pm to 45 minutes after the last flight. This line will take you to the place that nearby the People's Square. Then it's convenient for you to take a taxi to your destination.
