I wonder whether you wanna visit the Ngong Ping 360? If so, you can walk to Jordan MTR station from your hotel and take Tsuen Wan line to Lai King. There you can easily transfer to Tung Chung line to Tung Chung station. After arriving, you can walk for several minutes to take the cable car to the NP360 for sightseeing.0

Yes, ferry service is available. You can take Tsuen Wan line at Jordan station to Central first. Then walk to to Central pier no. 5 to take a ferry to Mui Wo. Then walk to Mui Wo Water Treatment Plant to take bus no. 2 and get off at Ngong Ping Bus Terminus. Then walk to your destination.1
