Yes, there is direct tourist shuttle bus to take you to the scenic area. The ticket fare is around CNY50 per adult. And it will take around 3 hours on the way. You can take the bus in front of Tianzhu Hotel near local railway station and only one bus is in operation, leaving at 06:00.
Besides, there are several trains between these two places. It will take around 3.5 hours on the way.0
