Child in china

I have a Q1 visa for my 9 month old child, what documents are needed by the public safety bureau in china to get a temporary residency card for her?

In general, her valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, Valid Temporary Accommodation Registration Form, your baby's birth certificate, your household register & ID card are required to apply for the resident permit.
For other special requirements, you are suggested to contact the local PSB for asking.
