can i get visa from ghana but will travel from uk to china?

Question

I have to travel to Ghana for one month and then return to UK and then travel to China on 7 days later.  Can make application in Ghana although the trip to China is from UK (return to UK)?

Application in Ghana is possible, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end and it may not be easy to get one in Ghana than in UK. Personally speaking, you are suggested to contact the Chinese embassy in Ghana to confirm this. If they can issue, you can do it there, otherwise, you are suggested to apply in UK in advance. The time is possible to apply in advance in UK.
