How can i take a bus or train to shanghai and suzhou,from guangzhou, and how much is price

(1) To Shanghai:
By train:You can take a train at Guangzhou Railway Station. The ticket fare of hard sleeper is CNY343.5-367 per adult.
By bus: Take the direct long-distance bus at City Bus Station near Guangzhou Railway Station and buses leave at 13:20 and 17:30. The bus fare is CNY450.

(2) To SZ:
By train: Only one train is available - K528, which leaves from Guangzhou Railway Station. It costs CNY388 and CNY686, respectively for a hard sleeper and a soft class sleeper.
By bus: You can take long-distance bus at Tianhe Bus Station or the Provincial Bus Station. And the fare is CNY 430 per adult.

Notes: 1. you are suggested to book the train ticket in advance.
2. From Guangzhou to Shanghai, you can also take a direct plane to arrive, which saves much time.
3. To get to SZ by air, you can fly to Shanghai first and then get a direct intercity bus to arrive.
