Usually, you are recommended to see the best of it during the Spring Festival and the Chinese Lantern Festival (for the next one, Feb. 19 - Mar. 5, 2015).

And the exact dates for the festival in 2015 has not been officially published yet. According to the routine, the general dates shall be around mid Feb. to mid Mar. 2015.
