Hainan visa for Danish tourist upon arrival

Hi!

I'm from Denmark, and visiting Hong Kong.
If I want to go to Hainan on holiday for a few days, do I need to obtain a 'regular' Chinese tourist type, or can I get one for Hainan from Hong Kong or upon arrival in Hainan?
