visa for management trainee in hotel

Hello,I am a Ukrainian citizen with a Permanent Spanish residence card, living in Spain. In January 2015 I would like to go to China for 12 months Management Training in a hotel to China, my question is which type do I need? The F or Z type? And what are the requirements?  I will arrive to Ukraine on the 23rd of December 2014.

Since you go there for training, F type is needed. You want to apply it in Ukrainian? If so, you need to prepare: your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, your invitation letter from the training.
