About:China Work Visa

I am 19. I have received a job offer from a company in china.

Do i require a Bachelors Degree to be able to work there? And is there an age factor that is taken into consideration?

The bachelor degree is not necessary to work in China, but your degree should meet the requirements the work needs. In this way, the work who hires yu can apply for a work permit for you.
For age, you are OK to apply for it.
