Cheapest items in Shanghai

I am a student in the city for a year, and I am searching for really cheap clothes and shoes. Where are the best places? And how many pourcent of the first price can we usually obtain? Thank you!

I suggest you go to Qipulu Clothing Wholesale Market to find cheap clothing and shoes. Usually the price is very reasonable. Sometimes, bargaining is needed.
