About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Can I pick up a ticket from Hong Kong to Guangzhou at the Hung Hom station?

I am arriving at Hong Kong airport and want to travel to Guangzhou on the train. Can I buy the ticket on-line and pick it up at the Hung Hom station?

If you book the ticket in and out of Hong Kong online from TCG, they will deliver ticket for you. You cannot pick it up at station by yourself.
