Best time to travel to LiuQiu (Samaji)?

Hi, I'm planning to visit LiuQiu next March 2015. Please advise the weather. Thank you.

I wonder whether you refer to the Little Liuqiu on Samaji Holiday in Pingdong County. If so, the cloudy day would be the majority there in March, but it may also rain sometimes. The average temperature is around 72F. Considering all, you are recommended to prepare one or two pieces of summer clothes, long-sleeved shirt and light pants.
