Does anyone know of a hair salon in Hefei that would be able to cut curly western hair?

Yes, I happen to know a good one - Long Ting International Hair Salon. It is located at no. 331, Middle Changjiang Road, Shushan District (near a KFC). Hope you can find it and wish you are satisfied with their service.
