Yes, but I think you may put them in your checked luggage. Liquid pruducts brought on the plane should be limited to 100ml per each and its total amount should be less than 1 liter.0

Yes, in reference to quantity, there may well be a limit, but i have never seen a clear rule on immigration paperwork there. After having a bag searched once and having 1L of honey, i didn't have a single question asked about it. No need to worry about this.0
