Will be going to Hangzhou and Shanghai on 26 nov- 2 dec, any suggestions suitable clothes ? Tq

According to the weather records, it will be chill and windy at that time. The average temp is about 45 Fahrenheit degree. You are supposed to wear long-sleeved shirts, sweater and jackets to keep warm.0
