About:China Visa on Arrival

Do I need Visa to travel to China if My Buyer is calling me to China for signing Contract.

Sir,

I am Manmohan from India my buyer from China is calling me to sign a Contract to China. Do I need to apply permit to visit there. My buyer is asking me to send passport copy so that they can send letter of Invitation to me.

Am I eligible being an Indian citizen to avail VOA in China. Please advice.

Yes, you need to have a F type for signing the contract. VOA is not possible to visit China, so you need to apply one in advance.

You need an invitation letter from them to apply your F type. Besides the letter, your personal statement/company statement, your valid passport, application form with a recent taken photo are still needed.
