(1) To China ferry terminal: There is no MTR between these two places. You can take direct bus no. 6 at No.106-108 Austin Road, and get off at Canton Road opposite China HK City. Then walk to the ferry terminal. It just take 5 mins on the way.
(2) To Victoria Peak: Take Tsuen Wan Line at Jordan Station, get off at Central Station. Then walk 0.3 miles to the south, you will find the Peak Tram Lower Terminus. In there, you can buy the tickets to go to the peak directly. :)
