How can I get back to Shamrock Hotel from Hong Kong Disneyland?

what station should I take and get off? what line and exit?

Oh, take Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station. Then transfer to Tsuen Wan Line, and get off at MTR Jordan Station, Exit C1. Then walk to the north along with Nathan Road. You will find the hotel easily.
