getting a travel visa

i am a canadian citizen and my wife is a mexican citizen but is a permanent resident of canada.we would like to go to Beijing for 10 days in March 2015.How much time should it take to apply for and receive a tourist L

Usually, it takes around 4 working days to get a Tourist L if you apply in Canada.
