Male rooster born 6/4/93.

Having trouble finding a job that is good for my skills and temperament. I do have a temper. I hate backstabbers. I need to deal with these kind of people in a way that doesn't get me in trouble. I say it as I see it. I loved where I worked but just get chewed out for not respecting those who don't respect me. Any advice in how to cope when I run into these people. I am a cook in a small town bar. I am conciencious and clean. Should I stay in the same field? I'm thinking of taking a career aptitude test. I also need to find ways to deal with anger. Any help would be great! Thank
