About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

chinese visa without ARC in Korea

if you do not have a arc card, can you fly to south korea as a tourist and use an agency to get a working type for china

It is not possible, for the ARC is a necessary document for applying in Korea. For your sitution, you may go to HK or Japan for application.

The agency may not afford that help if you cannot provide an ARC card, because this card is a necessary document. You can try to find a agency for confirm it.
