can i have a voa for canton fair 2014?vietnamese passport

hi.I would like to go to Canton Fair 2014 on 18th Oct 2014.I am in contact with one supplier in there and they said I can get the VOA at the airport?so is it possible?

VOA is only possible if you have an urgent thing to enter China, but has no time to apply for an ordinary one. For your situation, it may be hard to get VOA. If time is possible in your home country, you are suggested to apply an ordinary one in advance.
