Nazmul, if you meet the requirement for CMB gold card, I think you can open an account with your passport. According to what I know, it requires that the cardholder to deposit at least 50000 RMB in their account. If the total sum is less than 50000 RMB, the bank charges account management fee, probably CNY 10 per month. By the way, you need to pay for the processing fee if you withdraw money abroad. For details, you may call CMB at 86-755-84391000.

If you use your card to withdraw money abroad frequently, you may consider having a Huaxia Bank. It allows the card holder to withdraw money one time for free every day. The premise is that you withdraw money from ATMS with Unionpay logo. You may call +86-95577 to learn about details.
