Enquiries about applying for a Tourist L in Ghana

Hi, i'm a ghanaian student who just graduated from a university in china. I have a brother who is marrid for four years with a chinese lady and they have a daughter who is also a chinese citizen. My brother and the wife wants me to stay with them but the public security bereau in chengdu, china said i need to change my student X to L before i can apply for the new one. I came to ghana two days ago because the said i need ro exit and apply for the L type. I have invitations letters written both in english and in chinese, i have all the identifications from my brother and his with and even from their daughter, i have a copy of their own house contract where i'll be staying, their marriage cirtificates and the family registrar of his wife's family. i have all notarizations from foreign affairs in ghana and an authentication from the chinese embassy in ghana. Please i want to know, what are the other documents i might need and what kind of visa do you think is appropriate to apply for in ghana, how long should i apply for and how many entries am i entitled to? And is there any way to get an express service process? Thanks...
