Which bus should I take to get from Hong Kong Airport to the Metropark Hotel Kowloon

For the current transportation situation, here is my suggestion:
take bus no. E21 to Lantau Link Toll Plaza, where transfer to bus no. E21A and get off at Man Kee Mansion, Waterloo Road. After that, you can walk to your hotel.
