About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I lost (or was stolen)my Iphone 4 inside guangzhou airport, near exchange office.

how do I make a claim?

Hey, I have used this telephone number to retrieve my lost stuff in the airport, 020-36066946, which is the hotline of the airport's lost and found counter.

If you lost your mobile recently, I suggest you use the tracking tool in the official website of GZ airport. If it had been found, you will find it there.

Hi Elisabeth, thanks for your kind help, I've tried calling that number, but there's an answering machine only in Chinese, maybe I'll try when office hours are open, now it could be late at night.

The lost and found office is in service from 06:00 to 21:30. Have you made a successful call to ask your mobile?

At the official website of the airport, you can find a tool for Lost Baggage Search under the index of Services - Lost baggage. Try it.

thank you very much for your help, I've been calling that number hundreds of times in these past days, but it is always busy and no one answers, they keep me on line for ages. I'm spending more on phone calls.... thanks again, today I will try continuously again. Can't find that tool you mention to check the lost objects. Antonietta Ricigliano

Hi Elizabeth, I still cannot get in touch with the lost and found office, no one answers , there's an answering machine, I've been listening to their music for hours now. I just don't know why they don't answer, very poor service I must admit, and the fact that you cannot even send an email. I'm on line with them for the past 15 minutes while writing to you!
