About:Guangzhou Airport Long Distance Bus

Taxi service from Guangzhou to Hong Kong

Hello! We are 4 people wanting to travel from GZ (near China Hotel - Marriott) to Hong Kong Central area. What is the best way to get there (money & time)? How much does a point to point taxi cost and how do I book one?

No taxi there. But you can rent a luxury car, it would cost about CNY2,000. You can try to search for "Eternal East Limo "online for the caror van reservation.

Or you can take a train from GZ East to HK directly, which saves you much money.
Walk from your hotel to Yuexiu Park Station, take subway line 2 to Gong Yuan Qian, transfer to subway line 1 to the east railway station, and then take train to Hung Hom. Then you are already in the central area.

No need to book the ticket in advance for the long-distance buses. Just buy the ticket on the spot and you can certainly get a seat. Don't worry!

We will have heavy luggage, so taking the train has too many stairs and transfers.
Also the taxi is quite expensive!

I think we will prefer to take a long distance bus. I think it starts from China Hotel.
Do you know if I should purchase the tickets in advance? Or i can easily get tickets there at the ticket counter?
