Spouse Reunion and doing business..

Hi, I have the Spouse Reunion Permanent Residence. At the moment I got opportunity to earn some money by working for company from my country of origin. Can I do it having this kind of residence permit? I will be paid for my work in my country but going on business meetings in China and offering the service/product. The "deal" will be between the companies in China and the one in my country. I will not sign any documents or expose the indices. If not, how should I make it legally?
