Ask from Siew Huei from Singapore

Once i managed to purchase the train ticket online. Am i able to collect the ticket on the travel date at the station?

You can collect them on the day of travelling, but it would be safer if you can arrive the station at least 90min in advance.

Can you advise me how to book china train tickets online by ourself? and do you have any idea whether we can collect the train tickets at Pudong airport? from the Travel China guide, there's information regarding the collection of train tickets at Pudong Airport, do you have any idea how's the arrangement?

You can not collect the ticket at Pudong airport. Based on the real-name policy, you can only collect it at the railway station. If you want to book online, you just need to sibmit your order. They will sent you emails. Just follow it!
